- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, innerwear and intimate apparel cannot be returned once opened or tried on.
- Items that are damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted for return.
